Health Department focusing on increasing Covid-19 vaccine demand

The Department of Health says it will now focus on increasing demand for Covid-19 vaccines.

It says there is sufficient vaccine doses & healthcare capacity to vaccinate as many residents as possible.

Dr. Nicholas Crisp, deputy director-general at the Department, says they will now work on increasing awareness and by providing transport to some residents to boost access to vaccines.

Crisp says 60% of people vaccinated are women, and urges more men to get inoculated.
