Government might make it mandatory for all public service employees to be inoculated against the coronavirus if Covid-19 vaccination rates don’t improve.

According to a circular by the Department of Public Service’s DG, Yoliswa Makhasi, which was sent to director-generals and heads of departments, they are encouraged to improve vaccine uptake in the public sector.
