Gauteng Covid-19 vaccinations picking up speed again

The Gauteng health department says its vaccination strategy is now starting to pick up speed again after several clinics and facilities had to close, due to the protests and looting there last week.

In Johannesburg, 6 clinics were closed last week while two clinics in the Ekurhuleni district had to close.
