Fraud between Bosasa and Dpt of Correctional Services, accused appear in Court

4 people accused of fraud and corruption between private contractor Bosasa and the Department of Correctional Services have made a brief appearance in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria. Linda Mti, Patrick Gillingham, and Andries van Tonder appeared in court for pre-trial proceedings yesterday in the R1.8 billion tender award case. Their co-accused, Angelo Agrizzi, was not in court.
