Former SAA chairperson, Dudu Myeni has failed to show up for her scheduled appearance before the Zondo Commission this morning.

This, despite a summons by the Commission for her to deliver testimony today.

Reports from Johannesburg say that Myeni was, instead of attending her hearing, on her way to a “family engagement” in Port Shepstone.

Evidence leader advocate Kate Hofmeyr asked for a criminal charge to be instituted against Myeni for what she defines as “defiance of the Commission”.
