Former President Jacob Zuma will today explain to the Supreme Court of Appeal, why he does not have to pay about R10-million in legal costs, out of his own pocket – this, after the Pretoria High Court ruled that he must pay the legal costs arising from his case about state capture, against former public protector Thuli Madonsela.
