The FFS journey dates back to 1974 and was a proudly South African family run business in Durban. Fast forward 50 years later and we are at the forefront of our industry, driven by innovation and diversification – FFS is a force to be reckoned with! As part of our diversification journey, the group evolved significantly and joined the Marine bunkering space in 2018. As part of our service offering, FFS Marine currently offers gasoil bunkers to local and international vessels and yachts in the Port of Cape Town, V&A Waterfront and various other smaller ports in Southern Africa.

We currently boast a bunkering pipeline at Eastern Mole 1 which is a state-of-the-art tank farm with a minimum volume per stem of 70 000 litres and a terminal capacity of 33,000 m³.

Team FFS Marine are committed to uninterrupted bunkering services at the Port of Cape Town, at the V&A Waterfront designated berths and Elbow Quay (South Arm Road). The team at the Elbow Quay are standing by and ready to accommodate vessels up to 40 metres in length. Our customers also have access to our flexible refuelling solutions via truck delivery. Leaving no vessel behind, FFS Marine provides quality service to its superyacht customers, using a third-party transporter with 30 000 and 40 000 litre capacity road tanker wagons.

As we pride ourselves on world-class service, FFS deals with International traders for the supply of duty-free bunkers to yachts, these undertakings require an agent to provide the correct documentation, (DA1 & DA3) and the team reviews each enquiry received and endeavours to provide the best bunkering solution for our customers, always.
