Yer going to be a father, Harry! There is magic in the air as Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe and long-time partner, Erin Darke, expect their first child together. A representative for actor confirmed the news last week.
The couple are now over a decade together and are absolutely thrilled to be parents! A source close to the couple told The Mirror:
Daniel and Erin could not be happier to be expecting. They are absolutely thrilled, and can’t wait to become a family of three….They told their families and friends recently. It’s an incredibly exciting time.

Radcliffe first laid eyes on Darke on the set of the film Kill Your Darlings. One of the greatest things of their relationship is how they are able to be their goofy, real selves around one another:

33-year-old Radcliffe revealed in an interview with Metro:
It’s like, ‘Oh, I can do all of that stuff and you don’t mind. And you actually think it’s fun, too. This is fantastic!’

Daniel rose to fame during his role as a wizard in the multi-billion pound film franchise, Harry Potter. But the English actor says he might steer his kids away from following in his footsteps. This after he struggled with drinking as an adult in order to cope with being in the public eye. He revealed to Newsweek magazine:
I want my kids – if and when they exist – I would love them to be around film sets…A dream would be for them to come onto a film set and be like: ‘God, you know, I’d love to be in the art department, I’d love to be something in the crew.
Erin Darke is a 38-year-old Michigan actress best known for her role in the 2015 series Good Girl Revolt. She recently appeared in the Prime Video series, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel.

Radcliffe’s private life is rarely in the spotlight, and in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter he explained why:
As an actor, I just want to live my life and see my friends, and I just want the thing people talk about to be the work
