President Cyril Ramaphosa’a presidency budget speech yesterday descended into chaos as EFF MP’s disrupted the proceedings – saying that a ‘criminal’ should not be allowed to address the Assembly. After repeatedly raising the same points of order, all EFF MP’s were thrown out of the chamber or removed from the virtual platform. Ramaphosa has become the subject of a criminal investigation, following allegations of money laundering by former spy boss Arthur Fraser.
