In the country, consumers are on Stage 3 during the day, with Stage 4 coming into effect at 4 pm. Consumers in the Mother City will be one stage lower. Stage 2 is thus now in effect until 4 pm, when it will be adjusted upwards to Stage 3 from 4 o’clock to midnight.
