Disruptive winds and heavy rainfall, SA Weather Service warns of cold weather

The South African Weather Service has warned of possible heavy rainfall over the Cape Peninsula and surrounds, while disruptive winds are forecast along the coast between Cape Columbine and Plettenberg Bay. The City’s disaster risk management directorate says its departments and external role players are on standby in the event of localised flooding or other weather-related impacts.
