World Cancer Day with Discovery Vitality

Engaging in regular physical activity before a cancer diagnosis can significantly reduce the risk of cancer progression and mortality, new Discovery Vitality research shows. Meinke talks to Dr Mosima Mabunda about health, Discovery Vitality and World Cancer Day.

 

 

Dr. Mosima Mabunda is the chief clinical officer at Vitality South Africa, a science-based behavior change program that rewards its members for making healthy lifestyle choices. In her role, she collaborates with cross-functional teams to apply clinical, actuarial, and behavioral science, creating interventions that significantly enhance the health and wellbeing of Vitality members.
