COSATU welcomes move to Level 3 of lockdown

Trade union, Cosatu has welcomed the country’s move to level 3 of lockdown.

The union says this will help bring about economic relief for millions of South Africans.

Cosatu also welcomed the reinstatement of the special R350 Covid-19 grant and the Covid-19-TERS benefit.

Cosatu Parliamentary coordinator, Matthew Parks says they are satisfied that law and order has been restored in parts of the country where looting and violent protests occurred.
