The mayoral committee member for Economic Opportunities, James Vos met with several China-based role-players this week, to further boost trade and relations between Cape Town and its Chinese sister-city of Hangzhou.

Vos held virtual talks with the delegation this week and says the talks aimed at also boosting the exchange of international best practice on how to attract investment in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.

He says the two cities started exchanging ideas and knowledge in 2015 already.
