The City will engage with Khayelitsha community members to protect its Harare Infill housing project from unlawful occupation. The City says there are new threats of unlawful occupation of projects, The Department of Human Settlements says thousands of opportunities have been lost over the last two years since the start of Covid-19 and the national lockdown.
