The best part of our day, every day, is when we get to drive with you to work and school. We had a great week and learned so much – from the dangers of simple wall paint, to the importance of double checking your messages BEFORE you send them, and Ronan Keating’s hesitation about a change in his band’s name.

Lindy’s husband had to stay away from paint

The Smile Breakfast team got talking about the things we don’t allow our partners to do at home. Lindy has had to ban her husband Peter from doing DIY for a very specific reason.

The team spoke about times people misspeak. When your second language fails and while you’re angry it’s something to behold. And please…always double check your messages before you send them.

Ronan Keating doesn’t want his boy band to grow up

Ronan Keating is in town for his birthday concert at Kirstenbosch. Smile Breakfast caught up with him:
