He added that the City has 8 Blue Flag beaches for the 2024/2025 season. They are Bikini Beach, Camps Bay, Clifton 4th, Fish Hoek, Llandudno, Melkbosstrand, Muizenberg and Silwerstroomstrand. At the same time, Duminy says that our beaches aren’t just beautiful: they’re also eco-friendly and community-supported.
Duminy said, “Whether you’re here for the iconic white sands of Clifton, the surfer’s paradise at Muizenberg, or a sunset picnic at Camps Bay, Cape Town’s beaches have something for everyone.”
It’s an honour to see our city recognised as a must-visit destination for beach lovers and global adventurers!”
