Cape Town police this past weekend arrested a man in the Cape Town CBD for the illegal possession of drugs worth R100 000 in his car and home. During a routine-search of the 49-year old’s car, police found dagga worth R30 000 while during a search of the suspect’s residence, police found more drugs with an estimated street value of R70 000. The man will appear in the Cape Town Magistrate’s court today.
