Cape Town Police say a couple who allegedly abandoned their baby under a tree near a MyCiTi bus stop in Montague Gardens on Monday has been arrested. The suspects, a 20- and a 23-year old, are set to appear at the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court tomorrow on charges of child abandonment.
