The Independent Examinations Board (IEB) has announced a stellar 98.47% pass rate for the 2024 National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations—the highest in five years.   Of the 16,304 candidates who sat for the exams, 89.37% achieved university entry qualifications, surpassing last year’s 88.59%.   The cohort included 14,990 full-time and 1,314 part-time students across 275 exam centres nationwide.
