    Thousands of motorists across South Africa can expect to receive their long-awaited driving licence cards soon, as the national driving licence card printing machine is officially back in operation.   The National Department of Transport confirmed on Thursday that the machine has been repaired, after a three-month outage.   “The National Department of Transport can confirm that the driving license card printing machine has been fixed and operations have resumed,” said Collen Msibi,

    A 48-year-old man will appear in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court today on charges of murder and attempted murder, after he allegedly attacked multiple people along Koeberg Road in Milnerton with a pair of scissors on April 23.   Zuaib Williams allegedly went on a random stabbing spree, resulting in two deaths, while two others were injured.   He was reportedly chased down by the community, and they held him until police arrived.
