  Correctional Services Commissioner Makgothi Thobakgale has condemned a violent attack at Oudtshoorn Prison that left four officials injured and one inmate dead.   The clash followed a search operation earlier this week, where inmates resisted and later retaliated, stabbing officials during unlock procedures.   Thobakgale says the “unacceptable behaviour” of offenders occurred on Wednesday morning, 6 August, at Oudtshoorn Medium A Correctional Centre.   He says that during a search operation, offenders housed in
