    A man and woman have been shot and killed in a part of Ottery on Thursday night in what police believe to be a gang-related hit.    The victims, a 44-year-old man and his 39-year-old female passenger, were shot and killed while travelling along New Strandfontein Road in Ottery shortly before 21:40.
