    An inquest docket has been opened after a man was found dead along the Sea Point promenade on Sunday.     Police say the body of the man, believed to be in his forties, was found on the lawn between Beach and Norfolk Road before 07:30.   Springbok prop forward Asenathi Ntlabakanye has returned an “adverse analytical finding” during routine testing conducted by the South African Institute for Drug-Free Sport (SAIDS), SA Rugby confirmed.   Ntlabakanye has disputed that he committed any anti-doping violation. According to SA Rugby, the substance involved was a non-performance-enhancing medication, prescribed by a specialist physician earlier this year for medical reasons.   It was reportedly taken under the supervision of a doctor appointed to manage the
