  National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola has announced that a 49-year-old suspect has been arrested for at least one of the double murders in Kraaifontein on Tuesday evening.   Masemola, who is in the province to address the ongoing gang violence in the province, made the announcement at the Kraaifontein police station on Wednesday afternoon, in a hurriedly arranged press conference.   On Tuesday, Masemola held engagements with the communities of Mitchells Plain and Mfuleni,
