  The body of a 29-year-old man was found at Sunset Beach in Sea Point this morning, as police investigate a possible drowning.   Sea Point SAPS received a call, and on arrival on the scene, police officers and Law Enforcement members saw the body and requested the help of the Western Cape Provincial Water Policing and Diving Services, who retrieved the body.   While it is a suspected drowning, a post-mortem will be conducted to
