  The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) has confirmed that two inmates have died following a stabbing incident at the Pollsmoor Remand Correctional Facility this morning.   Singabakho Nxumalo, spokesperson for the DCS says the attack was initially directed at officials at the facility, though details about the circumstances surrounding the incident remain limited.   “The incident involved a stabbing attack directed at officials, prompting the use of force in an attempt to restore order.
