  Two 25-year-old men were arrested for drunk driving after one suspect crashed his Porsche Taycan into a City of Cape Town traffic vehicle and then called his equally intoxicated friend to the scene.   According to the City’s Safety and Security Directorate, the incident occurred at 06:42 on Saturday, when a City Traffic Officer patrolling along FW de Klerk Boulevard noticed a Porsche Taycan speeding up behind him.   The officer reportedly attempted to
