Chris Lategan weet wat dit is om siek te wees, baie siek te wees. Nadat dokters in die Tygerberg-hospitaal sy breingewas verwyder het, het Chris vanuit sy bed na die mure gestaar en besluit hy moet iets doen om die vaal omgewing op te helder. Dis waar die idee vir “Painting it Forward” begin het. Chris was nog in sy hospitaal-bed, besig om te herstel toe hy op Facebook uitgereik het na vriende en mede-kunstenaars.
