The Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, John Jeffery has called on South Africans to become responsible social media users – cautioning users that their digital footprint will stay with them forever.

Jeffery was the guest speaker during a lecture at the University of the Free State speaking at a lecture entitled “Social Media and the Limits on Expressing Yourself”
