Another innocent bystander has been killed in a suspected gang-shooting incident in Manenberg. Cape Town Police say two other people, a teenager and a suspected gang member, were also wounded. The shooting incident occurred yesterday on Renoster Road.

Constable Ndakhe Gwala says two gangs were allegedly pelting each other with stones. This is when a third gang intervened with firearms. This led to the bystander being fatally shot.

Manenberg Police are probing a murder, and two attempted murder cases

At this stage, no one has been arrested yet, but officers have identified two male suspects. Gwala says cases of murder and attempted murder are being investigated.
