September is Wills Month in South Africa. A Will is governed by the Wills Act 7 of 1953 in South Africa. Any person over the age of 16 can write a Last Will and Testament. Alarmingly, more than 70% of South Africans don’t have a Will drawn up. We spoke to Bruce Flemming who is a financial planner, about the importance of drawing up a Last Will & Testament. He also told us about an unusual incident he had to deal with in someone’s Will.
