An investigation is underway after 4 people, including an off-duty police officer, were shot and killed in two separate incidents on the Cape Flats, over the weekend.

In one incident, 2 people were fatally wounded during a house robbery in Mfuleni. In the other incident, 2 others were killed when gunmen opened fire on a taxi in Langa. No arrests have yet been made.
