Performance coach and speaker Paddy Upton has helped over 350 professional athletes in 20 different sports perform at their full potential. In his field he is an expert in knowing the impact that coaches and parents play in how kids show up for sport. We had an honest conversation with him this morning:

What does your child’s experience of sport feel like?

Paddy has put together a sport parent check in. It is a short, honest reflection for sport parents to think about the impact they have on their child’s sporting activities. It is available here.

“Most parents mean well and do their best to support their kids. The challenge is that good intentions don’t always land the way we hope. This check-in is simply a mirror — not a verdict.”
