Amnesty International South Africa says its newly launched manifesto can empower Government to strengthen human rights in the country. The manifesto, “25 Years On: A Human Rights Manifesto for South Africa”, aims to help government, especially after the up-coming May elections, properly implement and also strengthen legislation and the Constitution.
