Manyana says members of the Gordon’s Bay Police and their traffic counterparts were on the scene of the accident. Also, there were members of a private security company. She says the adult driver and a 14-year-old passenger had allegedly jumped out of the vehicle, following the crash. It’s reported that they then fled the scene.
