The City’s Libraries and Information Services reopened another 24 libraries yesterday which will allow more communities to make use of the drop and collect service.

The new additions bring to 54 the number of libraries around the metropole that provide this service.

“We welcome the opening of the drop and go service at additional libraries as these facilities play an important role in our communities as knowledge and learning centres and as a source of information.”
