The Mother City has now become part of a global network of tourist-destinations, recognized for its commitment to adhere to strict Covid-19 health and safety protocols.
This, after Cape Town Tourism, has been approved as a user of the World Travel and Tourism Council’s safety stamp.
CEO of Cape Town Tourism, Enver Duminy, says that, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the stamp of approval will make Cape Town an even more attractive destination among international travelers.

These protocols highlight global best practice when it comes to Covid-19 and are aimed to help rebuild confidence in destinations around the world.
