WATCH: 7 WAYS TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF THE CORONA VIRUS

The number of positive corona-virus cases in South Africa has increased to 17 after Health Minister Zweli Mkhize announced that there were 4 new cases this morning.

The cases were identified in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, Mpumalanga and the Free State. All patients are in self-quarantine and have mild to moderate symptoms.

Meanwhile, the Western Cape Department of Health say they do not have the test results yet of the three people who are in isolation at Tygerberg hospital, who are being tested for the Corona Virus.

The three people are unrelated to the 36 year old man from Cape Town who was announced to be the first positive case in the province yesterday.
