A local domestic worker who has been living in a shack for 24 years, will soon move into a brand new home thanks to her former employer.57 year Lulama Gomana has been living in her shack in Delft since 1996 and currently shares it with her two children, two grandchildren and her late brother’s two children. Gomana’s new home is made possible by her former employer, a local doctor, and members of the Habitat for Humanity SA organization. The doctor approached Habitat for Humanity, indicating he wants to give half of his retirement money to build a house for Lulama…Gomana told Smile 90.4 FM says this is a dream come true…
