Cape Town rugby fans can leave the traffic and parking headaches at home when the Springboks take on the All Blacks at DHL Stadium on Saturday, 29 August 2026.

PRASA says additional train services will be available to help supporters get to and from the big match.

The Springboks and All Blacks kick off at 5pm, with thousands of fans expected to make their way to the stadium.

The extra trains are aimed at giving supporters another option besides driving into the city, meaning less time stuck in traffic and more time to enjoy the match.

PRASA says the additional services will help move large numbers of spectators while easing pressure on roads around Cape Town.

“Rail moves large numbers of spectators efficiently and eases pressure on the roads. Return tickets will cost only R20,” the agency said.

Supporters are encouraged to plan their journeys ahead of time and make use of the additional rail services.
