“Now It’s Our Turn”: Community Rallies Behind Veteran Firefighter Battling Cancer

Mark Randall is a father of three and long-serving member of Volunteer Wildfire Services. He was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. He wouldn’t have expected to get this much support from the community.

Known for his unwavering commitment to others, Mark has spent years being the person people could rely on without hesitation. Now others feel Mark deserves some help of his own. In just a few days, a campaign has gained strong momentum, raising over R150 000.00 towards Mark’s medical expenses.
