A man and woman have been killed in Portlands, Mitchells Plain. An unidentified man in his 40’s died at the scene on Golden Gate Way, while a 24-year-old woman succumbed to her wounds, in the hospital earlier this week. The Police’s Captain FC Van Wyk says officers were called out to an address and when they arrived there, they discovered an unidentified male person, with multiple gunshot wounds to the head.

Paramedics declared him deceased on the scene. He says the injured victim was transported to a medical facility for treatment, but she later died due to injuries sustained. The murders were reported on Wednesday at about 18:53 pm.
