An emotional first day of school

The day has finally arrived. Kids are going back to school and for 93 thousand grade one kids it’s their first day of big school. And it’s an emotional day for parents and kids alike.

The Western Cape’s MEC for education David Maynier says that while the province is ready for the new school year, the education sector is not without its challenges.
