Have you ever found something in your bag that you didn’t expect would be there? Maybe you went on holiday and forgot that you packed something in your suitcase. Or maybe someone put something in your bag that probably shouldn’t have been there. That’s exactly what happened to Ryan and unfortunately for him, his wife was the one who made the discovery.

At least there was a reasonable explanation and it was an innocent mistake. A South African has admitted to packing something in his bag he really shouldn’t have.

According to News24 the US Customs and Border Protection agency found 40KG of biltong in the South African man’s luggage after he said he had something to declare. Agents told the man that that cured and dried beef from South Africa was restricted due to animal diseases  and it would be confiscated and destroyed.
