Operation Smile changed his life

Smile FM has teamed up with Operation Smile to help put 50 new smiles into the world. Approximately one in every 1000 babies in Africa is born with a cleft condition. Babies born with cleft may be unable to feed properly, and may suffer from malnutrition and thirst.One in 10 children born with a cleft will die before their first birthday.
For these children, a relatively quick, simple operation results in a life-changing smile.

Someone who has benefited from the work of Operation Smile is John Kabari who joined Smile Breakfast in studio
