President Cyril Ramaphosa’a presidency budget speech yesterday descended into chaos as EFF MP’s disrupted the proceedings – saying that a ‘criminal’ should not be allowed to address the Assembly. Ramaphosa has become the subject of a criminal investigation, following allegations of money laundering by former spy boss Arthur Fraser.
