Parkwood resident work to make amends for the murder of innocent driver

Cape Town residents of Parkwood have rallied to raise funds for the funeral of murdered e-hailing taxi driver Abongile Mafalala. The 30-year 30-year-oldold Mafalala, last week was robbed, beaten, and set alight next to his Toyota Avanza, by residents — after he had accepted a ride request from people in the suburb.

Meanwhile: 9 suspects are expected to appear in the Wynberg Magistrate’s Court today following the mob justice attack. Police have confirmed they have arrested 9 people.
