Fuel price increase likely to spill over, causing South Africans to rack up debt

Debt Rescue says while the highest petrol price ever creates the perfect storm in the road freight sector, with devastating consequences for food transport, it is likely to spill over, into more people going into debt. CEO Neil Roets says they have seen a year-on-year increase in the number of South Africans seeking debt relief – and they expect this number to increase:
