The Department of Health has recalled its revised policy on contact tracing, quarantine and isolation.

The new policy had scrapped most COVID-19 contact tracing, while only people with symptoms would need to get tested, quarantine or isolate.

But the Department says it has been inundated with enquiries and comments since the release of new rules on 23 December.

It’s put the new policy on hold while considering the public’s input.
