Western Cape vaccine monitoring-platform to direct residents to sites where there is sufficient capacity

Published on

The Western Cape Health Department says it is improving its vaccine monitoring-platform to help refer residents to go for their vaccination at sites where there is sufficient capacity.

According to the Head of Health, Dr. Keith Cloete residents have complained about long queues at some vaccination centers, while there are few or no people at other sites.

Cloete says now that there are enough vaccine doses available, they want to make it as easy as possible for residents to get an injection.
